After a week of fabulous feasts (3 times a day!), it’s time to get back on the wagon. I’m getting the ball rolling with a juice from Smootie Island on Wooday and Chimney Rock. Today’s cocktail is spinach, cucumber, carrots, apple, and they snuck in a little celery but I’m tolerating it.
